General Questions

How does mobile physical therapy work?

Answer: Mobile physical therapy brings expert care directly to you—whether at home, work, or another convenient location. Instead of traveling to a clinic, you receive one-on-one, personalized treatment in your own space. This model allows for greater flexibility, convenience, and customized care tailored to your needs.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Answer: In New York, you can see a physical therapist without a referral for the first 10 visits or 30 days under Direct Access. After that, Medicare and some insurance plans may require a physician’s order. If needed, we can help coordinate with your doctor to obtain the necessary documentation.

What areas do you serve?

Answer: We primarily serve The Five Towns, East Rockaway, Rockville Centre, Garden City, Valley Stream, Malverne, and surrounding Nassau County areas. If you're outside this region, reach out to see if we can accommodate your location or refer you to a trusted provider.

Medicare & Insurance

Yes! We are a Medicare Part B provider. If you qualify, Medicare typically covers 80% of the cost after your deductible, and your secondary insurance may cover the remaining 20%. If you don’t have secondary insurance, you may be responsible for a small copay.

Medicare covers skilled physical therapy that is deemed medically necessary, such as post-surgical rehab, mobility issues, and pain management. However, preventative care, wellness programs, and maintenance therapy may not be covered. For these services, we offer cash-based wellness plans to help you stay active and independent.

Booking & Payment

You can book directly online:

  • Cash-Based Services: Schedule via HelloNote. (Insert Link)

  • Call us at (516) 860-0331 for assistance.

We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, PayPal, and Stripe payments for cash-based services. Medicare-covered sessions are billed directly to Medicare and secondary insurance.

Why would I pay cash if I have insurance?

Insurance-based PT often has limitations on visits, shorter session times, and restrictions on covered services. Our cash-based services offer:

  • Longer, more personalized sessions (60 minutes vs. typical 30-minute clinic visits)

  • Customized wellness & performance programs beyond basic rehab

  • No insurance restrictions—we focus on what’s best for you, not what insurance allows

Yes! Most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) cover physical therapy. We provide detailed invoices for reimbursement upon request. Check with your provider to confirm eligibilit

Our Wellness Program is designed for individuals who want to stay active, prevent injuries, and improve mobility and strength beyond traditional rehab. Unlike insurance-based therapy, our wellness services focus on long-term movement optimization, flexibility, and strength building. This program is ideal for:

  • Professionals with chronic pain or stiffness from prolonged sitting or repetitive movements

Wellness sessions are cash-based and customized to your goals.

Stretch Clinic

Our Stretch Clinic offers assisted stretching sessions to improve flexibility, posture, and joint mobility. Unlike traditional physical therapy, these sessions focus on deep muscle release and dynamic stretching techniques tailored to your body’s needs.

  • Helps with chronic tightness, poor posture, and mobility issues

  • Reduces muscle stiffness and enhances recovery

  • Ideal for individuals of all ages, from active adults to seniors

Sessions are available in-home or at designated locations. Cash-based pricing applies

Home Assessment & Fall Prevention

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among seniors. Our Home Safety Assessment helps identify potential hazards and provides recommendations to make your home safer. This includes:

  • Identifying tripping hazards (loose rugs, poor lighting, clutter)

  • Recommending grab bars, railings, and safer furniture arrangements

  • Assessing stairs, bathrooms, and entryways for safety improvements

  • Personalized fall prevention exercises to improve balance and coordination

This is a cash-based service, but some aspects may be covered by Medicare if medically necessary.

Telehealth & Virtual PT

Yes! We offer Telehealth PT sessions for patients who prefer to receive therapy remotely. This option is great for:

  • Post-surgical patients needing check-ins without leaving home

  • Clients in remote locations who need guidance on exercises

  • Busy professionals looking for convenient rehab options

Personalized movement analysis, guided corrective exercises, pain management & recovery strategies, and education on injury prevention. Medicare and some private insurers may cover Telehealth PT for qualifying conditions. Cash-pay virtual sessions are also available.
