Comfort Uwadiae DPT, CEAS, CAPS, ECHM
Founder & Principal Consultant
Dr. Uwadiae brings over a decade of experience across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient services, and home health. Her work has focused on complex discharge transitions, functional mobility restoration, and environmental safety strategy.
She founded Opt2Restore to integrate rehabilitation insight with practical design solutions, helping individuals and organizations reduce preventable risk and support long-term independence. She continues to maintain active clinical engagement while leading the firm’s consulting and environmental strategy initiatives.
