Common Questions
Questions Families Ask Before Getting Started
Do you accept Medicare?
Yes. We provide Medicare-covered in-home physical therapy for eligible patients who need medically necessary care. We also offer private-pay options for wellness visits, home-safety evaluations, and aging-in-place services that Medicare doesn’t cover.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to start?
In many cases you can begin with an evaluation. Some Medicare-covered services require a physician’s order, and we’ll help you understand exactly what’s needed for your situation before your first visit.
What areas do you serve?
We provide in-home care across Nassau County, Suffolk County, and New York City — including the Five Towns, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
What happens during the first visit?
A licensed physical therapist reviews your history and goals, then assesses your mobility, balance, strength, and home environment. Together you’ll build a personalized plan — all in the comfort of your own home, with no clinic travel required.
How much does private-pay therapy cost?
Private-pay pricing depends on the service and the length of each visit. Reach out and we’ll walk you through the options and give you a clear estimate before anything begins — no surprises.
What conditions do you treat?
We help with post-surgical recovery, balance and fall prevention, orthopedic and musculoskeletal pain, mobility and strength loss, and aging-in-place safety concerns — tailored to older adults and anyone recovering at home.
